This forthcoming project will be the first step in the deployment of SUPINFO Morocco, whose objective will be to cover the entire Moroccan territory modelled on the national presence of SUPINFO in France and in each of its regions. Ultimately, eight SUPINFO schools will be open in Morocco within the next 5 years.
The Moroccan students registered with SUPINFO Morocco will be able to begin their studies in Morocco and continue or conclude them in one of the SUPINFO school networks in France, China, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the USA or anywhere in the world, at no additional cost.
High speed internet access, WiFi access wired with a landline network, VoIP, video surveillance...The Moroccan students will therefore benefit from the same technological resources as those in the other SUPINFO sites in France, China, Canada, the UK and the USA...
Similarly the courses and educational material will be delivered to the global SUPINFO standard: indeed, at the end of their course, the SUPINFO Morocco students will be awarded the SUPINFO Paris diploma and it can be achieved only by adhering to the high-quality SUPINFO standards. Classes will be taught in English and French. A national diploma certified by the Moroccan Ministry of Education will be granted to the students.
SUPINFO Morocco will be an integral part of the worldwide network of SUPINFO, thus enabling its students to fully take advantage of the mobility opportunities offered by SUPINFO: each year they can freely choose at which various SUPINFO sites they wish to study. They can even visit the other SUPINFO schools during the academic year, attending classes for a few days or even weeks.
In order to ensure the uniformity of training delivered in SUPINFO Morocco, all the SUPINFO laboratories will be supplied with equipment from the world IT leaders (Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, Apple, Mandriva, Sun, Novell, Oracle...) and will be open from the beginning of the academic year.
The full 5-year curriculum of the SUPINFO International Master of Science will be available within a maximum delay of 3 years.

A few words about the Kingdom of Morocco

|
Casablanca takes its name from the fact that Portuguese sailors who were cruising along the area identified their location by a small white house perched on the hill of Anfa, "La Casa Branca". One thing led to another and with the local idioms, the name became Casablanca.
The city is bordered by the sea to the west but extends increasingly to the north, east and south. |
|
The urbanisation and architecture of Casablanca are marked by different styles, ranging from Neo-Moorish to Art Deco, as, for several decades, the town has been a "laboratory" for the great architects of the world. On the other hand, the city has seen a rapid growth of immense projects, such as the Hassan II Mosque and the Casablanca Twin Centre.
The city is also distinguished by a medina - the historic heart of Casablanca. It is surrounded by a wall and several accessible doors, the most famous of which is the Marrakech door. |
